We are starting to harvest a few things from our garden just now, such as rhubarb, peas and spinach. My raspberries, blueberries and blackberries aren't quite ready, but I'm sure those of you in warmer climates have berries flooding in! (Lucky!...) I found some blueberries left from last year buried in the back of the freezer (YAY!), and so decided to share this recipe. I'm sure other berries will work just as well! This sauce is wonderful on pancakes, waffles, ice cream, cheese cake, ... continue reading...
Chicken Keepers Potato Salad
No, this potato salad does not have chicken in it. I called it "Chicken Keepers Potato Salad" because I'm always looking for ways to use all these farm fresh eggs. My ladies have been working over time and this potato salad is a yummy way to use up a dozen of their eggs!! Just Some Of My Favorite Pictures…

As you can see we make both framed signs and barn board signs. Jess and I make a good team ... continue reading...

They are also super easy to make: In a small pot on medium heat melt 1/2 cup of coconut oil and stir in 1/2 cup of cacao powder (cocoa powder works too), 1/2 cup of 100% maple syrup, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, and a dash of salt. Stir ... continue reading...
