It doesn’t get much better than this kinda’ easy and convenient! You can make several of these and store them in the fridge for a grab and go breakfast.
The trick to these eggs is baking them in a jumbo muffin tin. They come out the perfect size to fit on an English muffin or biscuit.
All you need to do is pre-heat the oven to 350°, grease your muffin tin, crack one egg in each muffin cup, salt and pepper each egg and put them in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
